Surya Cargo Forwarders Pvt. Ltd. shall book shipment at Airport to Airport/Door to Door. Service will be provided from -To the cities as address mentioned on AWB.
 

Taxes

GST @ 18% (As per Govt. rule) will be charged extra. Whether tax is payable on reverse charge basis: NO

Operation

Any discrepancy in HAWB/MAWB will be informed before Delivery of Shipment.

All Consignments carried will be subject to the terms & Conditions as mentioned in the AWB or DGCA, IATA rule.

The consignor would provide authentic documents required for smooth upliftment and clearance in sales post, octroi post, E-way bill etc.

Valuable or DGR items booking on separate MAWB & booked as per airlines or DGCA rule. Good to be packed in air worthy packing, Soft & Glass items should packing tharmacol martial with wooden box.
 

All the martial should be insured by the consigner/Customer.

If any delay due to strike, riots, fire, weather or some other natural problem as well as airlines problems should be excusable.

The consignor/customer is responsible for all consequences of any incorrect or false declaration especially for Dangerous Goods and for goods that are prohibited for air transportation, it may also be noted that the Principal Agent / Sub-Agent / Co-loaders are indemnified for false declaration.

Declaration of the Consignor:

I/we, Consignor, declares hereby that I/We will not book the consignments/goods the transportation of which is prohibited and banned in law by Local Government, State, State Government, Central Government, DGCA, IATA and Airport Authorities.

Lose or Damages

Surya Cargo will not book any valuable or fragile item in Console Mode, if booked no claims will be entertained.  

The Consignor/Consignee shall inform any loss, Missing and Damages of the goods/consignment to the Surya Cargo at the time of the delivery in written endorsement on the Consignment Note and the same shall be settled as per the agreement with the Consignor of as per Consignment Note. 
 

In case the loss/damages exceeds Rs. 5000/- then the Surya Cargo shall provide the COF (Certificate of Facts) to the Consignor to claim the damages from the Insurance Company.  

Surya Cargo shall not entertain any claim of loss and damages arises due to the Force Majeure such as Fire, Accidents, Riots, Strikes Water and Natural Calamity flight delay etc.        

Restricted items

Any restricted good by DGCA or IATA should not to be booked if booked by consignee he/his Company will himself be responsible for that.

Confidentiality

Customer cannot share or disclose any rate or document received from Surya Cargo to anythirdperson orparty.

Government Liability & State Tax

Octroi, Entry-Tax, N-form, Sale Tax etc if applicable. The same shall be paid by consignee directly, while clearing the shipment at destination.

In case Of E-way Invoices applicable then complete liability is of customer. All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction Only.
